Run HPO with all models on the platform!

Hello Myst Platform users,
This week’s updates include expanding HPO to all models in the platform and a bug fix. Also, Yes Energy has an outage planned for this evening (see below).
Please update your myst-alpha package at your earliest convenience to ensure you have access to this week’s updates (instructions here).
🔈 Notice to Yes Energy users:
- Yes Energy has a planned outage, including the DataSignals product we use, beginning at 9pm ET today for two hours. Their message: “Users may experience a brief interruption in sessions connected to PowerSignals, QuickSignals, and DataSignals API, but should reconnect automatically with a browser refresh. Yes Energy data collections will also be paused during this event for approximately 15 minutes, so you may notice delayed data delivery within our products during that time. Additionally, DataSignals Cloud and DataLake will experience delayed data delivery for up to 1 hour during the event.”
⚡️ Enhancements:
- You can now run HPO with NGBoost, Extra Trees Regression, Random Forest Regression, Logistic Regression, and MLP – in addition to XGBoost, LightGBM, and Elastic Net, which were already supported.
✅ Bug fix:
- Previously, the Web Application marked some fields in connectors as required – even though they were optional – preventing those connectors from being edited even if they had not been deployed. This bug is fixed.
