Deployed project deletion and distribution connectors ✅

Myst Platform Release (2022-07-28)

Hello Myst Platform users,

With this week’s release, you can delete deployed and previously deployed projects. You can also use four new distribution connectors alongside NGBoost to create probabilistic forecasts.

Please update your myst-alpha package at your earliest convenience to ensure you have access to this week’s updates (instructions here).

Changes:

  • ⚡️ Enhancement – You can now delete projects that are deployed or have previously been deployed. We hope this helps you maintain a clean project list!
1265
  • ✨ New features – We’ve introduced four distribution operation connectors – Cauchy, Laplace, Log Normal, and Normal – that can be used alongside NGBoost to create probabilistic forecasts. For example, the Normal Distribution operation connector wraps probability functions from scipy.stats.norm such as the cumulative density function (CDF) and the percent point function (PPF). Learn more about these distributions here and in this tutorial.

🔈 Notice to Yes Energy users:

  • PJM has announced changes to their FTR Peak Type definitions where they will be splitting the existing FTR OffPeak peak type into WkndPeak (HE8-23 Weekends and Holidays) and DailyOffPeak (HE 1-7, HE 24). If you have been using this data from Yes Energy, please let us know so we can share additional information from Yes Energy on this change.

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out via the chat embedded in the Myst Platform or email us at [email protected] with questions or feedback.

Thank you!
