Delete an HPO to avoid hitting our guardrail

Hello Myst Platform users,
We’ve got an HPO-related bug fix for you this week.
Please update your myst-alpha package at your earliest convenience to ensure you have access to this week’s updates (instructions here).
✅ Bug fix:
- Previously, if you deleted an HPO while it was running, it would continue in a pending state. Now, you can successfully delete an HPO while it is running. This is helpful when you are running five concurrent HPOs – our guardrail on concurrent HPOs per user – and want to cancel one to make space for a different HPO.
